TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

RESERVATIONS
In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a 25% down payment deposit in advance if the rental total is equal to or greater than $100. Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless we are notified of the cancellation two weeks prior to the rental. Net balance is due prior to or upon delivery or customer pick-up. 

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

In addition to the rental total, the customer shall pay a security deposit of $20 or 25% of the rental total, whichever is greater, prior to receiving any rental items or at the time this invoice is signed. This deposit shall be returned to the customer upon cancellation of the invoice or after the rental period expires. The security deposit will not be returned if the returned rental items are broken, lost or damaged. The security deposit will not be returned if items are not returned in the original packaging.

RENTAL RATES
Rental terms are agreed upon for a specific duration of time. Rentals needed for longer than the agreed upon term will be handled on a quotation basis. Rental rates do not include Massachusetts state sales tax or item damage/loss fee.

DELIVERY & PICK UP
We offer delivery and pick-up services on rental orders depending on location and date, extra charges may apply. Delivery is to the back yard, loading dock or door at street level unless arranged in advance. All rental items should be ready for pick up at the end of the rental period. Please place all items neatly in a single location. If rental delivery or pick-up is requested after 9PM, an additional night owl fee will apply of $20.

SET UP & BREAK DOWN
Set-up and break down services are available depending on location and date, for an extra charge. Set-up and break down charges will be discussed and agreed upon order. Other items are handled on a quotation basis. 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer for the duration of the rental period. Please be sure items are secured when not in use and protected from the weather. All of our Dinnerware, Glassware, Servingware and Flatware are washed and ready to use. For any items that are damaged or lost, it will be the customers responsibility to pay an item replacement fee. These items must be thoroughly rinsed and free of food and returned in original containers to avoid additional charges. Our Table Linens are also machine washed and ready to use. To prevent staining and mildew, all linens should be returned dry and crumb free. The Customer is responsible for the cost of replacement of any linen returned with burns, tears, cuts, wax damage, or mildew. Items shall be returned in the original packaging that the customer received the rental items in.

 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

When renting or using our items, the customer does so at his/her own risk. The customer assumes all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss that may result, when participating in all activities related to the rental item(s).
